Fortunately! 40 Years of Friends of the Ulm Museum e.V.
Since its founding in 1982, the Friends of the Ulm Museum Association has supported the Museum Ulm, especially with purchases for the museum collections.
In recent years, works by Georges Braque, Otto Dix, Erich Heckel, George Grosz, Jenny Holzer, Paul Klee, Dieter Krieg, Wolfgang Laib, Heinz Mack, Jeanne Mammen, Nam June Paik, Niki de Saint Phalle and Kiki Smith, among others, have been added.
On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, the Museum Ulm expresses its gratitude for this generous civic commitment with a presentation of selected works that were acquired for the collections of the Museum Ulm with the support of the “Freunde des Ulmer Museums e.V.”.
