Museum Ulm @kunsthalle weishaupt
Until 12 November 2023, the Museum Ulm is participating in the 23rd Triennale Ulmer Kunst at the kunsthalle weishaupt. From January 2024, it will be a guest there with an annual show of works. The famous Lion Man will be shown here again. This approximately 40,000-year-old human-animal sculpture made of mammoth ivory is unique in the world.
The 23rd Triennale Ulmer Kunst is a cooperation project of the Kunstverein Ulm e.V., the BBK – Ulm e.V., the Künstlergilde Ulm e.V. and the Museum Ulm. Artists born, living or working in Ulm or Neu-Ulm, in the Alb-Donau district or in the district of Neu-Ulm were invited to submit works of art under the motto “Vorsicht Umbau! The works of 24 artists are now on display at the kunsthalle weishaupt.
